In the beginning was the word, the word was with God, And he has assured us that when we believe with all our heart, mind and soul. Then what we ask of him he is certainly going to assure us with whatever we ask of him. But if we dont believe then we should expect things to happen to us whereby we will get out of his radar for everlasting. So Christains we should be vigilant with everything we do in the sight of God, in order to not get cursed by our Lord but rather been blessed with the Word all the the days of our lives. AMEN & AMEN.
BAY SHORE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) — A Long Island woman received special honors on Monday as she celebrated her 100th birthday.
As TV 10/55 Long Island Bureau Chief Richard Rose reported, even as she enters her second century, she’s still very active in her community.
There was hearty applause from hundreds of well-wishers in Bay Shore, along with hugs, kisses and birthday wishes for a woman born during World War I and who immigrated to America from Italy with her family.

And my latest HbA1C was not 5.7% as it has been, but 6.0%: pre-diabetic. (Got the lab report today.) That is probably due to a combination of more carbs and more weight. So now I’m watching it.
If I’m honest, it wasn’t just the raisins in the picadillo. There were also a number (in two digits) of chocolate truffles over the past few weeks, dessert when we ate dinner in a restaurant—plus the bread at the restaurant and in a sandwich… I’m sure if I had been tracking my food I would find plenty of carbs sneaking in.
